Join the Regional Rehab Center and New Albany Main Street Association for a speedy adventure at Tanglefoot Trailhead in New Albany. Whether you are a serious rider or you ride for fun, Pedaling for Hope is the event you will not want to miss! MaxxSouth is excited to team up with the Regional Rehab Center and the New Albany Main Street Association for this great cause! The event will start at the Tanglefoot Plaza on October 21, 2017 with registration beginning at 7 a.m. at the starting line. The race will begin at 8:00 AM.
All riders will receive a t-shirt, water and sports drinks along the course. Riders will be able to enjoy their pick of a 25 Mile, 50 Mile and 100 kilometer ride. A service vehicle will be following behind to ensure everyone is practicing their hydration safety! After the journey, participants can enjoy food, music, and door prizes.
All proceeds from the event will go to the Regional Rehab Center in Tupelo. The rehab center provides services such as speech therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, audiology, dyslexia treatment and early intervention. The services are free to families in the area and many Union County residents have benefited from the center over the years.
